CSC tweaking.. [Help]

So im running devils reject v6 (tw rom) and the secMms app is sort of tweaked to have extra features such as scheduled messaging and a quick text template button and more.. and it was all done through some csc tweaking.
I was wondering if anyone here actually knows how this could be done or exactly how it was done for this rom if you're running or know about it, any help would be great. Thanks.

Just guessing here, but with the stock ROM there's a file called features.xml, located in system\csc. It has a lot of settings for the messaging app. Be sure to make a backup copy before you start changing things.

Yeah I looked through it but I was asking if someone new what each of those meant of atleast some of them you know?
Because I get its mostly like a true and false statement but I dont understand some like for eg. What is multilockmenu?
