I played around with the Nexus 6 at the Verizon store and liked the device. It way more zippier than the Note Edge. It seems that Verizon only has the Nexus 6 in 32GB. I store most of my music in the cloud. I do not have that many pictures. Most are backed up on Google. I think I can also back them up onto my One Drive account.

So, the question that I am asking, is with the 32GB model, how snug is the disk space? If I need to go larger, then I might need the Droid Turbo but, I am trying to avoid that model. I think the screen is too small.

I'm using a 32gb Nexus myself. I came from a Note 4 with a 64gb cars in it. With the cloud dosage is not an issue. I even have a 64gb turbo and never touch it. You'll be fine

How has the overall experience been compared to the Note 4? I assume the battery might get me through most of day, right?

My note 4 doesn't get me through the day. Because of the building I work in it searches pretty consistently for location. So much so I shut ago that off.

My nexus 6 lasts ask day without turning anything off. The antennas and radios are so much better is scary to me. The only thing I really miss during the day is the s pen since I use it all fastened I'm carrying my note. Otherwise 5.1 on the nexus is that much better

According to my phone, the total storage you get to use is 25.98GB.

Edit: My nexus is also from VZW

but only if you use the cloud - if like me you prefer to have all your content on your device then you need the extra storage.

I really am very happy with this device. I put quite a few apps on it and still have 17 plus GB left.

Unless you are storing video, a ton of music, or a bunch of those massive games, 26G is a lot of space. I have the 32g model myself (T-Mobile) and with 200 some of apps loaded and a bunch of pictures, I still have a good 13 to 15G free at any given moment.

The only time space is an issue is when I have some TWRP backups and also forget to clear my locally stored pictures (I use Google's cloud backup for photos and videos). Bit that's minor

I went all out and got the 64GB model. I've installed a ton of apps, and my storage is at 37 GB left. If 25 GB or so is what's available on the 32 GB model, that would leave it with 8 GB or so (my phone says I'm using ~17 GB due to apps and their data).

Again, this is with a ton of apps, mostly games. If you're not planning on installing a lot of games, then the 32 GB model works perfectly well.

I have the VZW Nexus 6 (32 GB) as well.I don't save music to my phone either, have plenty of space.
Also as far as games go I usually just install a couple at a time when I get tired of them I delete them
I can always get back to where I was at pretty quick, IF I wanted to re-install them .I rarely re-install games I delete tho.
I think most people will be fine with the 32 GB . :)

Yeah, when I first got my N6, I was real choosy as far as the apps that I had installed. Then I decided I would check the amount of space available and I was shocked. Now, i have been much more liberal in my programs, music, pictures, etc...and I still have plenty of space left.
