Hi all,
I'm trying to take advantage of the Note9 promo going on Samsung.com that includes the wireless charger, a free case, & IconX headphones (for an extra $100) along with $100 off if you connect your Verizon account and upgrade.
I paid off my Note8 (which I bought from Best Buy mobile) on Wednesday and now I'm eligible for an upgrade via Verizon. When I get to the part where I link my Verizon account to my click through purchase on Samsung.com I get the error, "Unfortunately, your account does not currently have any lines available for upgrade".
Rep 1 at Samsung said on Friday to give it 24 hours as she escalated the time for them to refresh the fact that I paid off my device.
Rep 2 today told me that in order to qualify I had to buy my Note 8 from Samsung.com, not BB Mobile... I find that hard to believe and I did not find that noted anywhere throughout the click through.
Any insight?? If that is the case, where is the best promo currently?
