Custom sound profiles?

Is it possible to create and save custom sound profiles outside of the included "Sound/Vibrate/Mute"?

On my BB I always set up a Loud profile for out in the field at work (construction sites), a Normal, a Quiet (low volume for quiet times), etc - all available from quick menu. Hoping I can do the same with this phone.

I forgot all about those kinds of profiles. Nokia had them in the Symbian days. Let me see what I can find.
