Customer Support google

Im on my 3rd replacement and they are. all the same in terms of performance and issues

And all 3 on the same network right? Never swapped to another network to see if it was the network versus the phone?

I would agree, but I'm already a customer. So you should be able to trust someone who already forked over $800. Plus a refurbished phone isn't worth that much. Lol

So because you bought something from them, they can trust you now? It's not like you're sharing family dinners with them. And there a lot of people who game the system, which is why they do this. I'm sorry but I can't blame them for trying to protect themselves, I would do the same in their shoes. I would agree with you about them charging the same for a refurbished product as a new one.

Most companies find a way to make their customers happy. HP one time sent me a brand new laptop, because mine melted. Some companies actually appreciate their customers.

And it's up to each company to determine that. It also depends on how much loss they've already incurred doing that. I can tell you that on some of these forums and on the internet I've seen lots of people who screw companies over. Like getting a new device half off on a promotion and cancelling service afterwards. The reason those companies can sell devices for so little is that they'll make their money back on the guaranteed monthly service. I mean honestly is it really that unreasonable? Would you send something that costs almost a grand and fits in your pocket out with no way to recover your costs and bank that the person is honest? And like I said before, there isn't anything in any of these warranties that states they have to provide you with a loaner or advance replacement device while your situation is being resolved. That's a courtesy, not a requirement.
