Customizing stock camera for Galaxy Note 2

Hey everyone, two quick questions. Not sure if they are possible.

1) I know how to change the camera shortcuts, but is there a way to add more shortcuts (outside of the stock 4) to the camera?

2) Can you add filters after a photo is taken using the stock settings? I can only do them before the photo.
