cwm is not working

[AC Question]

i was trying to root my redmi 2 prime i installed cwm recovery and flashed it as a first step . It did replaced my custom MI recovery. But now for installing a rom package im holding power and volume up buttons and then cwm recovery's screen is there but when im pressing recovery option there , a screen comes where there is phone displayed with a usb cable and then it get stuck there. Also when i press fastboot option MI logo comes and then it get stuck there.
dont know what to do now. help!
