Overall impressions? How functional is this build? Or is this something i should hold off until he officially releases a stable build?
I want to quantifiable pros and cons, as well as general user experience.
@bagger and d3xn2o : How is the Bluetooth in call reliability, stereo headsets work?
Well you can color me impressed. This is by far the best FroYo build I've used hands down.
What works/pros:
Wifi, GPS, all mobile data services, market (after you install GAPPS), cameras(!), widgets(*see below), notifications, SMS, AOSP apps, wifi tether.
Everything is very snappy, with a few minor niggles (*see below). All sensors appear to work properly, including compass and accelerometer.
Linpack is ~40MFlops.
Boot screen is slick, and the addition of a "reboot" option to the power options popup is nice.
The Cyanogen menu in Settings has some nifty additions (including adding dBM + battery percentage # to taskbar).
Seriously, everything is QUICK. That epic delay when you try to add an app shortcut to your homescreen? Gone- this is representative of just about every part of the UI. The only place I've noticed any lag at all is the app drawer (and I think that is ADW.Launcher's fault).
What doesn't work/frustrations:
4G, weather app doesn't seem to update properly if set to "auto determine location" (it doesn't seem to be able to grab a location). My biggest gripe so far is I can't find a way to disable ADW.Launcher and use the AOSP launcher. The "clear defaults" option isn't available in Apps/Manage. I much prefer the vanilla launcher in FroYo (tends to be smoother, especially with the app drawer animation, which is /quite/ laggy in this build + ADW). That said, I just turned off the open-drawer animation and everything is fine.
Overall
I really can't say I've found a major bug/issue yet (aside from 4G + FM radio) that is a deal-breaker for me. I don't have anything to test bluetooth with, so I'll leave that to others. I'd say go for it unless you REALLY need 4G/FM.
*EDIT*: Just read some comments-

d3xn2o- the problem isn't with Clockwork (at least not in general), I used it to flash with no problems. Not sure where your issue is, but clockwork worked fine for me.

iamlilysdad: Yes, the FPS cap is gone on my 003 novatek panel. FPS2D gives 50fps average +/- 9 stdev!
*EDIT 2*: Installed LauncherPro and life is much better. LP runs much better than ADW on this ROM, I'd recommend going with it if you're experimenting.
