Ok it's been forever since I done anything with my X but Cyanogenmod has got me playing around again. I hated and will alway hate the Moto M at the start of bootup. I threw together this for myself but here it is if anyone wants something other than that M. DL the file and drop on your SD card. Hold down power and click Reboot then Recovery. Select to flash a zip from your SD card and select this file. Reboot and bye bye M.

Ahhhh thank you very much tnt it works wonderfully. It was nice to know I'd be seeing the silver M for the last time booting into recovery(I needed 2.5.0.7 to install). Although I have to say I hated the red M more. But now this is a full CM7 phone.

@Jerseyboy: What do you mean you needed the old CW? I have the new one.

Also does this mean we have to reflash this LOGO everytime we update to a new nightly?

@TNT: Have you tested it on each nightly or only on the 1st Beta release?

My boot logo stuck, I didnt have to reflash, just the camfix zip. Oh and I didnt have to reflash the CRTAnim, that stayed too.

Yea whenever I have to flash a zip, it wont do it in the orange 4.0-.0.7, I have to go into Rom Manager and fash back to 2.5.0.7.

Just like when I download the nightly, I have to fash the orange 4.0.0.7. and to install it, in rom manager flash back to 2507 then continue to recovery

BTW the CRT Animation its already included on each nightly from now on (since 7)

Let me try this zip (I am making a back up 1st though, last time I mess with the boot logo / animation I went on a bootloop)

Only a sbf will kill this boot logo. Should be there all the time. I flashed it on night 5 no issues.

And you didn't give it to us until update 7?!! lol Im sure you took time to make sure it was perfect thats why you waited. And obviously it's appreciated
