Damaged pictures

Hello,

I have a Galaxy S4 MIni.

For some reasons when I take a picture lately most of the time it's damaged. I mean, I can see the picture fine as a preview, but when I open it then I get a damaged picture.

I tried to attach a couple of examples, but the files were too big and when I tried to resize them and save, the new file was a 13k file which probably not going to help.

The same happens when I transfer them to my PC - preview is fine, but once clicked... it's screwed up.

1. What's the issue with my phone?
2. How do I fix that?
3. Any software out there that can fix those pictures?

Are you saving pictures to SD card or internal memory? If the first, your SD card might be corrupted/damaged (you can try this guide to see if you can salvage anything http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...guide-using-chkdsk-fix-corrupted-sd-card.html)

Does it happen with 3rd party cameras? Maybe your camera app has gone bonkers.
