Have you tried turning on Airplane Mode and then turning it off or just rebooting your phone?

Was running 4G just fine here (Mid-Michigan) up until about 15 minutes ago. Now 3G is working but 4G...dead.

Just started having data issues again this afternoon here in Vegas. Dropped completely offline, rebooted and got 1x, then 3G, then nothing.
