Hey guys, brand new to the forums, and love that I found ya'll because it was nuts to find info on the HTC One with all the other "ones" out there. I have fially broken clean of the evil Apple Empire and this is my first Android, and I must say, it's a lot different but I am loving it.
Some things that I believe are a pain in the ****...
- Some functionality of apps are really weird on Android, I'm very use to iphone's facebook app and when you wanted to re minimize a pic you just dragged it down. It's weird to always have to hit this back button on the bottom of the phone. I've found the same with websites and text fields. By far not a deal breaker, just something to get use to.
- Funny complaint, TOO MANY FEATURES! haha, being a tech lover this phone has turned me into a zombie learning what's what on it, loving it.
- This is the first phone where it has made me take more pictures, i've played rugby for 10 years now and love the types of shots I can get when we go watch other games.
- I feel there are too many "Home screens," not sure which to use. The default black background one, the blink feed one, or that set of panels you can use when you scroll to the right of the blink feed. I just enjoy the default black one that goes tandem with the "blink feed button" in between your bottom task bar.
- Is there like a common faq for, how to do something/ hey notice this on your HTC One.
question:
That little "N or Z" looking icon, what is it? I can't google search HTC One icons without getting tons of sites for the other models.
question 2:
the option to sync data automatically, where you get the little sync icon up top. do you recommend keeping that on, or off? Or does it come down to preference. I assume that is really just for keeping your facebook feeds up and weather?
Loving the phone guys, and can't wait to engage in some topic conversations with you all.
