Yeah I had the same problem... I ordered a silver and black XL 128GB... and both of them got rejected as invalid. The Verizon Rebate Center rep told me that it was because there is a SKU for a black version the employees could buy that's not qualified and their Rebate Center is getting the SKUs confused.Apparently the black version caused me to get an invalid device. Talked to someone and they just had a daydream charged to my billing than immediately credited. Getting it Tuesday![]()

Had to call twice once for each phone and when called on the silver one and the guy told me that I said well this one is silver so it's obviously qualified.

Bummer, guess I was lucky to have it denied at first. DM'd the Verizon CS Twitter page than she called me and said her supervisor ok'd her to just ship it to me right away.Sadly, calling or chatting doesn't help...this is what they told me:

For the Daydream promotion, it will be ship as a regular mail, in a box.It does not have a carrier tracking number. Please allow 15-30 days form October 29 to be mailed.It has not been mailed yet.
