dead huawei p8 getting so hot when inserting battery or power supply.

hello guys
i have dead Huawei p8 mobile phone, when i trying to insert a new battery or old its getting hot like burning in 3 to 10 seconds, same heating with power supply also.
getting hot near with charging ic, or may ic. but cannot touch because of heating.
is any one know what is the problem.

i have visited repairing shop, they also not know which part is faulty, and told me that they can't repair this phone. i can repair, when i know which part is faulty.

Diagnosis via a forum will be difficult, but someone here may be able to suggest something.

Most likely, the motherboard has a short somewhere, so it would require replacing the motherboard. Considering that the phone is worth about $180 new, and a motherboard is going to cost about $170, it doesn't pay to repair it, assuming that you can do it yourself. $10 for a few minutes of work, when you may do something wrong if you aren't experienced at working inside cellphones and end up with an unusable phone? I wouldn't. (Replacing the motherboard means losing everything on the phone, the same as buying another phone.)
