Dead pixel on my tablet.

This is what hapoens when you buy through a 3rd party seller. If it were amazon they would pay shipping and give you a replacement with 2 day shipping no questions asked. The seller has the right to have their own policy and apparently this is it. What they want is that business between you and them is done and for you to take up any issue with the device directly with asus as a warranty claim.

Oh I didn't buy this tablet I got it as a gift from my parent's. If I were to buy it I would've gotten it from a Store or from Amazon/Google themselves.

Actually that's not true...If its a seller on Amazon or FBA, Fulfillment by Amazon or Amazon itself there is a A-Z Guarantee Protection...I don't know what the OP is trying to get at this point as it has all been explained...Amazon would have stepped in and made the 3rd party seller pay for the return, issue a full refund or ship a new one...:)

But I dont know how to get a replacement. The box is opened already I already used the tablet so how would I get a full refund/replacement? Any steps? The seller said nothing about a full refund or replacement If it was opened already.
