Is my current setup - pretty convoluted - but VERY stable currently.

I know its stable because I do NOT get Tombstones - I check daily.

VC is the new update. Just don't even bother updating. All the good stuff is in v1.5 except for the radio.img

No it wasn't, look around the forums it was a OTA from sprint. You shouldnt' ever accept a OTA update if you have root you could lose root and have a big headache on your hands.

After flashing, WiFi didn't work. Also seemed that the battery was getting a little bit warmer than normal (almost 90 in just a few minutes of use).

Tried doing a reboot to see if that would get WiFi working, but no go on that, just simply said "Error" when I tried to enable it, and logcat was filled with control error messages. Will upload when I get back to LegoROM

I've had this before and a simple reboot fixed the problem forever and ever

Read the build.prop tweaker section and enable stagefright.
