Hey Nick, I love nROM however I got a couple questions. I was using nROM 1.5.1 last week, upgraded to CM7, found out my bluetooth headset doesn't work with CM7, so went back to nROM 1.5.2 (Full flash, wipe everything). Problem is, I use an OBDII adapter for my car with the program Torque. It was working when I was on CM7 and 1.5.1, however now when trying to pair that devices I get a force close of com.android.settings, which is odd. Any ideas? Has anything changed in the bluetooth settings from your last nROM version?

Hmm nothing for bluetooth has changed, did it work on stock?

I never tried stock because it did work with the earlier version of 1.5. Ill try it again in a little bit. I rebooted phone and that other good stuff. Im stumped. Would a logcat help?

Sure send me a log. That's weird that it worked on 1.5. Where exactly is it going wrong?

Having the same issue pairing with my car. I get a force close everytime. What do you need to troubleshoot?

Still at work, gonna take me a bit to get to my car lol. Ill attach it here when I get a chance.

when it says you can flash this without wiping data is that just for if you flash it over stock rom or could i flash it over LEGO ROM without wiping data?

And would i have to wipe data to go back to LEGO ROM?

No need to wipe from LEGO. And just make a nandroid backup before you flash NROM, that way you won't have to wipe to go back. Other than that, I think you would have to wipe Data to go back to LEGO

Installed this ROM and somehow the reception just got weak. At home I used to get 3G but now it's only 1x. What's going on?

Go back to stock and update your PRL then flash back, you are most likely in a fringe area and the PRL will help. Otherwise, just try a simple reboot.

OBD2 Bluetooth Issue

I attached a copy of my aLogCat from when I started up the bluetooth till when it FC'ed. Let me know if this helps, I only did it in normal mode, maybe I should change the mode to debug, let me know. :)
Thanks for all your help Nick!

I may be mistaken but I believe Lego is built off of the same thing as nROM and doesn't require a format of /data. You can always try it and see, worst thing that would happen is you lose your data on the phone :P

EDIT: I was wrong, I just went and read the directions. Lego requires a wipe. :P

Go back to stock? i.e. unroot and go through all the steps and re-root and load this ROM? Seems like a lot of hassle.

A ROM doesn't control anything network wise really unless it flashes a radio.img.

What is your software version and what version of nROM did you flash (i.e. VC only 1.5.2 or v9/VC 1.5.2)?

Still looking into the bluetooth problem.
