If you have a nandroid backup try:
1. Nandroid backup.
2. Don't wipe anything. Flash v1.2
3. Don't wipe anything. Flash v1.4

But I'm going to release 1.4 as a full ROM package to hopefully clear up problems.

I tried that and was still having the same problem I might have gotten a bad download I will download again when I get home and let you know. Thanks again

Hey mike, my new full ROM update is up on mediafire. Go ahead and download that and flash it. That will fix your problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you flashed an old theme then that will do it. My new themes that are up as of now are compatible though. Download one of the new themes and flash that.

It is no inconvenience you are the one doing all the hard work cooking this stuff up for us. I am downloading the full ROM now I will let you know if this fixes it.

That flashable zip didn't help that I posted for you? It really should have fixed the problem. If worse comes to worse, download my full update zip on the OP and flash that.

Considering that the update doesn't touch the browser, I'm thinking that something else is causing this. Mine works fine. Try flashing v1.2 then v1.4.

EDIT: If you still have problems I'll put together an update zip that you can flash to replace your browser to see if that helps. For now you can press menu -> stop though.

EDIT: Flash the attached file via recovery.

Here it is again. Attached. This should fix it.

Actually think I found an issue in the 1.4 patch. If using the pattern lock screen, if the user enters the wrong pattern, the phone reboots. I believe this would still happen in the full ROM.

The reboot is quick though. Thought the issue was Android Assistant, a program that disables programs from starting up at boot, but after I uninstall that program, it didn't go away.

Wow that is the craziest thing. I just tested and confirmed this! I'll look into it, but until then don't mess up! lol.

What do you mean down? Not receiving, can't send?

EDIT: I got to run to class (tired as hell) but my SMS works fine. If you aren't getting any force closes on messaging maybe your poor phone just needs a reboot. Let me know what happens.

Just flashed this rom over top of ThundeRom and it's frozen on the nRom loading image.

Edit: Removed battery and the load image is no longer frozen. Taking a really long time though. Now it loads for a long time and then the screen flashes and the load bar starts moving again then freezes.

Nick7, enjoying nROM. Came over from TR 1.6 due to system lag when tethering. Just curious, why include the Wireless Tether app when it does not work on the Optimus S? I've never been able to get any wireless tethering app to work other than the built-in hotspot functionality.
