updated to 1.6 and I would have to say it seems alot smoothed than past updates, might be a placebo effect though xP BUT as always, fantasic work guys

You will always drop to 1xrtt to make a phone call, just the nature of cdma.

Not sure what you mean? Just trying to get 3-way calling to work, after hitting add when on a call and dialing a second number it just seems to sit there.

I just tested 3 way calling and it works fine in version 1.6 Choose "add call" then dial number, as soon as it connects there is a button in the top left says "merge calls" click it to enable 3 way calling.

You would still need to grab PDAnet or app like it.

Yeah 2.2 does but lg/sprint did a good job of ripping it out and making it a PITA to get it working.Not saying that it won't ever be a option but it will take some work.

Thanks for testing. I ended up completely wiping and installing 1.6 and now it is working. Shrug, maybe an app or something was causing my issue.

Very nice upgrade w/1.6. Agree with others that it seems smoother. Also seeing the improved memory management as advertised. On LINPak, am also seeing ~9.1MFlops compared to the previous ~7.5MFlops. As a previous ROM chef/cooker at PPCGeeks for the Diamond, my hat is off to you guys... it's hard for me to justify whipping up my own version with the quality updates you are providing. Thanks a bunch!!!!

You are more then welcome to whip something up if you want. Ill say thanks cause i probably either ran one of your roms or flashed one of them to my buddys diamond.

For the guys with smooth running v1.5 that upgraded to v1.6, was it worth it? Did you notice any difference? Mine is running like a top and don't want to mess with it if there's a chance of no or negative difference.

I upgraded from 1.5. Went smoothly and I believe it's better.
