Dead volume button

So, I've been having the dropped data issue, even with battery saver off. Then, all of the sudden, my volume button no longer adjusts the volume. They click, but do nothing. I've reset my phone twice to no avail. I have a replacement shipping to me, should be here Tuesday.

And to further go into it, it no longer changes any volume settings, including phone, media, bluetooth, etc.

Has anyone else run into this problem?
