debug browser view

So when I run my xooms default browser in debug mode I really like the way webpages fit in the screen. By this I mean the default "zoom" for lack of a better word, is not as zoomed as when using the browser in regular mode. Take for example this page, instead of having the top blue android central banner run from side to side in landscape mode, it sits centered with a gap on each side. Is there any way to run this as the default page layout all the time without having ro start debug every time?

If this does not make sense to you load about:debug in the browser and then view this page. I have played with the settings and could not get it to work.
