I want a LifeProof Fre, for sure. I'm sure there'll be one for the Note 8.

I also hope that Samsung releases a backpack battery case for the Note 8 as well, similar to the battery case released last year for the Note 7. The Note 7's backback battery case was IP68 rated and it could wirelessly charge the phone up.

The official Samsung rugged case looks like the best IMO. Looks nice, going to have a perfect fit since its made by Samsung, has an integrated kickstand and doesn't look to bulky yet provides excellent protection it seems.

I talked to lifeproofs customer service and sadly, they dont have any plans to make a case for the note 8. Hopefully they change their minds because that would have been my first choice for a case.

I don't see why it wouldn't. The defender series always supported wireless charging for me I don't see why this would be different.

That's silly. The phone isn't out yet. If it takes off they will likely make cases.

Id love to agree with this, but I dont recall them making any cases for the note line? Possibly because of the S Pen? I could be wrong.
