Default App setting kept changing

I am having problem with the default setting. I am only having a problem with the image file. Everyone I open the image file through the notification bar or a third party app, it always ask me what app should I open. I keep clicking QuickPic and click always. No matter what, it didn't remember the default. I attached the screen shot of my phone. So they are only five of them that I have in my phone. I did tried all different app with always setting. But no matter what I do, it kept forgetting the image default.

Any help here?

Forgot to add few more thing, I reset my phone for this reason last month and now it doing it again. The problem occurs again yesterday.
