default apps at bottom

Hi im looking to change the default apps at the bottom of the screen "phone, contacts, messaging" can anyone help me on how to do this?

long press, drag and drop apps to and from there

on this same note, is there a way to move the app drawer location? I'd much rather my messaging app be in the bottom right corner instead of that.

Use a custom launcher like Nova.
