Default Bluetooth settings, how to change?

I recently connected my LG Tone headset to my Note 8. At that time I was asked if I wanted to use Bixby or Google for voice control. I accidentally selected Bixby. I am unable to find any way to reverse this decision. I have tried unpairing and repairing the tone but that did not help. Can anyone tell me how to clear this setting on a Note 8? you should be able to go into settings.apps and then bixby and clear permissions
