Default email app problem

Ever since I got my Tab pro 8.4 I've had a problem with the email app, it will load emails sent to the inbox just fine, but when I try to check my bulk email folder it will never load them. I know I do have them because I check on my phone or from my pc and I'll see them there no problem. I'd love to know if there's anyway to fix this problem and if anyone else has this same issue. Most "bulk emails" are pretty much spam, but sometimes there's emails that are relevant that got filtered there for whatever reason so I'd like to be able to actually check from my tablet and not have to constantly have to use my phone or pc to check just one specific folder.
