Well, that's pretty much as guaranteed as you can get without an official release date from Motorola or Verizon.

I would assume that we will know the full specs in no more than a week or so from now. It's only a matter of time until that's leaked as well.

Picture clearly states Aug. 4th but some are saying that it may be third party release date so it could still be July 28th.

Also recently read on a couple articles* that the TI OMAP 4 processor has been certified to stream netflix HD content which includes mirroring it to a attached HD device.
From all the rumors and I have read about the Droid Bionic changes it should be getting a TI OMAP 4 processor and should be certified to run the HD netflix app.

This is something I am very excited about.

I work for vzw and so far we haven't heard anything on the Bionic. So, everyone needs to try to relax, because last time someone from best buy said a release date people went crazy a.k.a HTC thunderbolt. I Will look more into it, because I am extremely interested in it as much as everyone else.

Yeah but the thunderbolt was rushed out the bionic was delayed 7 mmonths I'm sure you are just a low level rep and vzw doesn't inform anyone until a few days before

LOL I just talked to about four VZW employees about the Bionic and told them about the date and they were excited about it. They know that the workers there are the last to know about these things (like in every line of work) so I am still hopeful for the date.

(Side note: just added someone to my plan and gave them my old BB Tour, which means their upgrade is held and I can use it whenever. I now have two I can use SWEET!!!)
