Delayed screen switch

I have the HTC one s, I been experiencing delayed reaction when going to my home screen. It wasn't doing that before until today, takes about 5secs to get to it. Was suppose to be a fast switch before. Now It'll say loading on the screen. Anybody know why? Also under my task manager, my ram usage only has 50mb left and I stopped all the tasks and it still showed a lot of usage. Any body know how to adjust that. Please help.. Thank you so much.

Yeah do a full reset and start over, Save all your pictured, music, documents and send contacts over to Google before you do the procedure.

Mine does it too, but not that often. It happens probably fewer than five times in a week. If it happens twice in a short period of time I just restart, that seems to fix it.
