I have a Motorola Triumph and last night I got a notification that my memory was almost full so I went to delete some apps. The ones I deleted were QuickMark, FatBooth, Sports Wallpapers (from wallpaperbase.cc inc), The Walking Dead Theme (from STYLISH THEMES BY DESIGNEM), and Thermometer (from BORCE TRAJKOVSKI). I think it messed up after deleting The Walking Dead one. Anyway now my phone can't make/receive calls, send/receive texts, or do any data. I have been at 0 bars since deleting those. I called Virgin Mobile and they couldn't solve the problem so they are sending me a new phone. Because of that I am not asking how can I fix my phone. I am asking how can I prevent this from happening again in the future? Thanks in advance.

I entered the MDN number and MSID number a few times and it didn't work. They had me try to activate the number and that didn't work. I took out the battery and the chip that says how many GB it has, turned it back on, and that did nothing. I tried everything I know and although I am tech ed, one of those should have worked.

Factory reset. That or VM is having technical issues that just happens to line up with the unonstallation. Have you tried calling customer service to ensure its not a problem on their end?
