Oh wow, you're the first I've heard of where their app says the 10th. Mine says the 17th but Fed Ex is saying the 9th shipping and 13th for delivery.

Yeah...I had to cancel mine that was listed with a 2/17 delivery because I forgot that I am headed south on the 16th. I'll reorder before I leave.

if the folks in the UK are receiving their S23 Ultra today, why would Samsung USA withhold our phones and simply let them sit in the warehouse here for some extra days? makes no sense.
it's cruel and unusual punishment.
Well, first, we don't know if the US phones are actually sitting in warehouses yet. And second, even if they are, it makes sense that Samsung would want to flatten the curve for potential tech-support problems by delaying the largest market until fixes or workarounds are available for any major bugs that show up.if the folks in the UK are receiving their S23 Ultra today, why would Samsung USA withhold our phones and simply let them sit in the warehouse here for some extra days? makes no sense.

Agreement with retail and carriers that they don't ship until all have stock ready to go. In non US areas the contracts may not have this stipulation allowing them to ship.
Honestly I expect to see something very soon. I ordered through TMobile and charged today. My past orders (back to s7) the charge occurs when they are prepping your order. Usually I'd have my UPS shipping label with 1 or 2 days with movement within 24 hours of label creation. With charge today I expect to se label tomorrow and origin scan Thursday for Friday delivery. Other carriers id expect to start seeing something tomorrow or Thursday.
Why does the UK get it a week earlier? The North America is a bigger market. Why would they make us wait an extra week? What do you think is the reasoning for that?
My Shop Samsung app is showing an estimated delivery date of March 10th.
FedEx app is showing a ship date of the 8th, with two-day shipping. It's showing an estimated delivery date of the 13th, but doing the math assuming it gets picked up by the 8th, puts the delivery date as the 10th.
I ordered my S23 Ultra during the Unpacked Event, about thirty minutes in.
