Delivery dates

My Shop Samsung app is showing an estimated delivery date of March 10th.

FedEx app is showing a ship date of the 8th, with two-day shipping. It's showing an estimated delivery date of the 13th, but doing the math assuming it gets picked up by the 8th, puts the delivery date as the 10th.

I ordered my S23 Ultra during the Unpacked Event, about thirty minutes in.

Oh wow, you're the first I've heard of where their app says the 10th. Mine says the 17th but Fed Ex is saying the 9th shipping and 13th for delivery.

mine still says estimated delivery date of Monday, 2/13th.

what part of the US are you in please? they are shipping from TX, so that might be a reason for some minor differences in arrival time.

I'm 3 miles from Coppell...pass by there to and from work everyday. I will probably get mine after the rest of the country. LOL I'm still showing 2/13 though.

Looking at the FedEx app now, it shows 2 deliveries, but the one was canceled. That was the 13th date. The new one has the 15th delivery date.

somehow, i don't think going by FedEx's so-called estimated arrival date is useful.

reason: fedex has no idea when samsung will give them the packages, so they can only guess via the expected SHIP date samsung told them when they created the label, and that's totally subject to change by samsung!

we might be much more productive by looking at what samsung.com tells us, i am thinking.

I also have a notification of the 13th in FedEx, but it clearly says that the date may change once the package is picked up.

I checked on the Samsung website and it still says delivery on the 17th for the phone, but the watche5 pro I ordered with the discounts says it will arrive on the 8th. So I guess I'll just wait and see.

The Samsung website, shop app usually always listed release day for me, but that's never accurate and get them 3 to 4 days before release. Except for the Note 7 and S8 I recall, and the Note 8 think but that was because of Hurricane Irma and UPS stop flights at the last second to RSW.

The Fedex label is usually accurate unless there is a delay like late truck or flight delay. Like my phone business I have a supplier I order from in NYC but somehow the label is electronically created in Virginia so it estimates delivery a day earlier until the package is on its way from NYC then changes to the actual delivery date.

My date is 2/13 but wouldn't shock me I don't get it until Tue because it will come in at RSW and if the truck is late getting to Punta Gorda it might not go out until Tue for delivery. We have a Fedex hub in Punta Gorda now. One of my pre orders one time was a day late because the truck got in too late.

At least it's not release during hurricane season anymore! Imagine had Ian hit at release time! I would have went a week without my phone again, possibly more.

Yes, I've just had to change my delivery from tomorrow to Wednesday because nobody will be home Still showing 13th for delivery on Samsung page but DPD tracking says different

I did get notification of 3 items arriving today via DPD. The emails came last night after 9.30pm, I wasn't expecting the phone today to be honest but hey its coming!

My expected delivery date has changed on the Shop Samsung app to February 17th. FedEx app still showing the delivery date as February 13th.
