Just an FYI.... the unlock on HTCDEV is still working. I just unlocked and rooted mine. Removing AT&T apps as I type. Good luck guys!

Everyone is correct, they are not shipping until tomorrow. Changed mine to Saturday delivery for 30 bucks.
So just to get this right... you got the phone from ATT and was able to unlock bootloader no problem?
[Edit] And were Calculator, Flashlight, Ringtone Trimmer and Sound Recorder removed?

Called and talked to a letstalk.com rep. Was told there would be a great chance that the phones have been shipped and they go out in huge batches, so they have not been updating their system. Not sure if there's any proof to it, but being patient and hope for the phone to show up tomorrow is what I can do

Crazy. The lady I talked to said they didn't get them in until today, so they won't ship until tomorrow. I ordered mine about 3 hours after the presale started, so...

So the manager that was supposed to call me never did.. finally I said **** it.. called in and was just gonna pay for the Saturday overnight... Turns out the manager just went ahead and gave me free Saturday overnight! Still pissed that I won't get it Friday probably but getting it Saturday won't be too bad. Glad I bitched enough to get what I want.

The customer service rep I spoke with said they haven't received them yet. Hopefully sometime in the morning, but couldn't guarantee they would even ship tomorrow. This company is clueless.

That's really not a big deal... If you're savvy enough to unlock your bootloader you're smart enough to flash a pre-rooted rom the day after an OTA goes out.. Most people never go back to a stock OTA rom after unlocking and flashing their first rom.
I always felt they would flub this even from the beginning. I think on XDA I told everyone to "prepare your anus" because that's what will happen to us all.
Letstalk.com, from my POV, was always a small time operation. When I went to HTC's website to order, I was a little shocked when I saw the order status take me to Letstalk instead of being on HTC. I did not like that omen but figured they could handle it. After the first day's fiasco of ordering, I wasn't so sure anymore.
Now after this complete SNAFU with their ordering and fulfillment, I wouldn't doubt people who pushed for Saturday won't even get it then either. No debbie downer here, but it's just the writing on the wall with how they've handled it.

I just cancelled mine, but that was partly because I'm worried about long-distance warranty service issues. I'll just buy locally and go from there.
