No doubt. I'm tempted, but I'm not up for an upgrade with AT&T for at least another month. I was hoping to keep that for trying out a SGS4 or the next iPhone.
I'm not either, but I'd get the One at full price if they had any 64g models in. Just thinking about it right now, though.
I don't know about that. HTC generates the unlock codes, and they will be the ones who do not provide the code - because ATT asked them not to provide it. With the HTC phones, it has always been the HTCDEV site that is used to unlock the bootloader.
If they had 64gb, black models I'd be really tempted.

Just called two local AT&T stores. The first had no real idea about 64g availability tomorrow. The other store said May 1st on the 64s.
just saw on xda that someone upgraded their shipping to ups SATURDAY delivery for an extra 29.99.

I actually was on hold waiting to get manager approval to upgrade me to Saturday delivery for free since I already had the regular overnight. Got hung up on... Called back and the second lady was very rude and said Saturday delivery wasn't available... put me on hold for a manager then came back and said she could add it for $29.. I told her to have the manager call me because I want to either pay the $10 difference or have it waived.. not gonna dump another $30 into it to pay for Saturday. Seems like they're getting extremely high call volume though as I had to try 20+ times just to even get through to be put on hold.
Honestly having had every major android phone in the last 3 years.. I'm kinda over flashing roms on non nexus phones. Things are always wonky.. like 4g not working correctly or the camera not being very good. I'll probably stick to sense based roms on this even if I do end up waiting for the unlocked. Root on the other hand is a must. My REAL reason for wanting the dev unlocked version is so that I don't have that silly little ATT globe on the back.. even though it's far less intrusive than in the past. If they do have the black one in stock tomorrow though I may just say **** it and pick one up for me and my wife.
i wonder if its a coincidence that its down, or they are getting bombarded by calls about the One? i don't think THAT many of us pre ordered it?

Take it for what it's worth but the last lady I spoke with I said "If I have to wait until sometime next week I might as well cancel and pick one up in store tomorrow" and she said "Well sir we have over 5,000 orders for this phone so I'm sure one order won't be missed" Excellent customer service if I do say so myself.
