Device sercurity...problem with notifications

Hello Ladies and Gents, I have little
annoying problem with "Unauthorised actions have been detected" Phone is asking me all the time for Restart me device to undo any unauthoresed changes... Like every 15 min... Phone is brand new, sealed. I done scan twice, restarted phone many times as well, but nothing changed... Please help me mates.
