"Device will restart"

Hi, all.

When I try to shut down or reboot, the phone always gives that "device will restart" or "device will shut down" warning. Is there any way to turn those off so it just shuts down like I asked it to?

I don't think so. Its just a double check to make sure that's what you want. Yes its slightly annoying but I don't know of any way to change it.
