Received my approval for the 2nd promo today! (VR) Should hopefully receive it in a couple weeks.
 
My shipping updated for my 256gb card and will be delivered Friday and is finally out of label created and is in transit.....Submitted on the Sept 20th approved 21st..

I would give them a call or chat with them on their social media cause thats crazy

I did call and all they could tell me was that it was approved on their end and that is should be shipping soon. I even contacted them on Live Chat as was told "I will help you with the required information of the Samung pay." Needless to say that was a dead end.

Yeah that's why they gave such a wide time frame so just in case stuff like this happens they can use that as a excuse.....I guess we can't complain since it is free gift
 
On the main page I wrote I understand you have 12 weeks to deliver but people on major forums are watching others who submitted their requests weeks later get their gifts first. They responded and told me to PM them, I responded I already did a week ago. I deleted the post after it shipped.

Got the same canned response when trying to contact them. Reading through the comments on the FB page it shows that this is one HORRIBLY run company. The customer service is probably one of the worst I have ever seen. I'm actually surprised that anyone has received anything. There are horror story after horror story in the comments about how they either don't send promo's, bait and switch with different items or send broken defective items. All while never addressing any of the issues except for a canned response of "we would be glad to help, please send us a PM".

Be wary.
 
Got my GF2 Sep 20th Replacement Note Sep 23rd and shipment notification for VR will be here Oct 5th. I double dipped and second item will be here way quicker than the first!
