Didn't get a receipt with my shipment. How do I do watch rebate?

I have Tmobile and in the box there was no receipt with it just the phone box and all. Is the receipt the same thing located on the account in my order details that shows what I pay and bill of sale?

Basically what I did. I logged into my account and printed off the order sheet that included payment. Should work I think. I submitted it and waiting for approval. Some people got approved already today. Hopefully we don't go bonkers about the wait time for our watches like we did for the Note 7 to ship.
