Difference between Optimized and Adapted?

Adaptive Battery learns from your usage and prevents certain apps from consuming too much battery.

Adaptive Power Saving is a Samsung feature. It turns on power saving mode (which can limit your CPU performance) based on your usage. So it does turn on battery saving mode at times it thinks it may be suitable for you.

Optimized mode comes stock , keeps screen resolution lower good balance between battery ,performance.

I keep mine high performance> this mode gives best of everything, performance, sound ,faster notifications, best display resolution, I get average of 9.5 to 10 5 SOT I day battery

Medium and maximum if you want 2 day battery or more slower notifications, same with adaptive and will reduce cpu ,brightness, volume out put ,notifications slower.Screenshot_20200326-093919.jpeg
