I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy s8 with 128 gbs.
However whenever I download an app it will take up way more memory than its supposed to. (Say Facebook messenger takes up 10gbs for example.)
When I look in the settings options, it shows that my memory bar is all greyed out for a moment before it actually "loads" and shows that I have lots of space. Although whenever I try and do anything it says there's no memory.
Also i've noticed that my phones maintenance settings don't look like the s8 settings, but more like the s5 settings.
I've tried to factory reset, clear cache, everything. But nothing works.
What do I do?
