Disable Charging Wallpaper

I just formatted my phone and it brought back this stupid firefly charging wallpaper. When i first got this phone i had no problem disabling it, but now i cant find out how. I disabled it through my app manager and now every time i plug my phone in a notice pops up saying "Unfortunately, charging wallpaper has stopped."This notice pops up every 2 seconds. I don't want this stupid charging wallpaper on my phone please help. :'(
