Is there an app that will disable your lockscreen based on your location? For example if I am home on wifi it will disable the lockscreen so I'm not having to type in password all the time. However, anywhere else it will?

There is an app called Tasker, and I think it can do that. However, you do need to be rooted for that app.

Actually you don't have to be rooted in order to use Tasker. I started a thread about Tasker a few days ago, and one of the profiles I shared in it outlines how to do what brettxw is asking. Do a search for "Tasker" in this forum - you should be able to find it easily.

Cheers!

Cool. Thanks for the info. I am sorry to the OP, I could have sworn Tasker was a root necessary app.

As the above post states, you may want to look at that app.

Tasker itself does not need root, but turning off the keyguard based on location or attachment to wifi is hit or miss without root, even with using apps like Secure Settings and giving the apps device administration permission.

Sent from my second brain.. Okay it is the only one working.
