Hello,

Does anyone know how to turn OFF the text to speech on the HTC One X? I have looked in all areas I can think of (accessibility, settings, etc.), but the phone continues to read my emails out loud and also reads aloud the webpages I am looking at. I want it to stop!

First go to settings, then go down to apps, then go to "all" and find the app that says text to speech and disable it.

It worked for me, so hopefully it will work for you

Setting -accessibility -Dexterity and Interaction-dann interacgion control ON. Talk Back and Interaction doesnt work together. When you on the Interaction control, talkback will off automagically
