Disappearing apps

Love the Photon and Go launcher, but have noticed apps have been disappearing from the phone periodically. Usually I had placed them in folders, and when I go to use one (today it was Pulse), the app is no longer in the folder OR on my phone. no problem downloading the app again from market and my settings are there, any ideas if this is a phone issue or Go launcher issue?

I'm using LP and I've had it happen a couple times. I think it's a phone issue, not launcher.

Same here... using the stock launcher. It happened with a game.
