Display doesn't black out while charging

Loving the Note 5. One of my only complaint's is that while it's charging the the display DOES dim but never completely blacks out. Ideas?

Did you turn on developer options by any chance?

There is a place to turn on screen will never sleep while charging, in developer options.

Thanks guys! Developer was on but the never sleep was also on. That fixed it...my USB debug is on also, should that be off?

Yeah turn it off, if you end up needing it, the phone will tell you.
