Display Issue

My display frequently times out while I am in a call, okay sure, but the problem is if I want to access the phone while I am in the call, I have to push the END CALL BUTTON! As a result I have prematurely ended several calls. This seems to be a profoundly stupid button to have mapped as the wake button for the screen, is there a way around this? Perhaps a way to remap the wake function to a different button?

You can wake the screen while on a call by tapping on the screen, if I remember correctly.
