DIY S7 active?

So after reading the posts on here about the S7's screen, I thought about a solution.

Buy a regular S7 and the Lifeproof Fre case. You would miss out on the battery life, but you wouldn't have the screen issues. Thoughts?

I would miss out on the bigger battery and the mappable convenience key though . Wish the screen didn't have issues on the s7 active...

You could get add a mophie case to the reg S7 bringing the battery total close to 6000mAh. I do not believe that case is water resistant though and you wouldnt have the active key.

And it would make your phone huge. The S7 Active with the built in massive battery feels so much nicer to hold than a phone with a battery case.

What's wrong with the S7 Active screen? The fact it scratches easily? Small price to pay considering it makes the screen shatter resistant and a glass protector is all that is needed to remedy the scratchability.
