Do Not Disturb crashing

When I try to open Do Not Disturb in the notification settings, it just crashes. It also crashes in safe mode. I've wiped the cache, but no dice. Has anyone had this issue? I've only had this phone for 3 days, and this is about the 4th issue I've had with it. It's kinda ridiculous.

Sounds like you might have to do a factory reset.

Did you restore from a backup? What phone did you restore from? To me this sounds like something that could have caused from a bad restore. I would also suggest factory reset and may be try first setting up without restoring from backup to see if you still see this issue.

I didn't restore from a backup. I did a fresh install of everything out of the box.

Wow that's crazy, I would try another factory reset to see if it resolves. If not may be something wrong with the hardware itself and would definitely get it exchanged.

I'm thinking I'm going to return it and go back to OnePlus. I've been using OnePlus devices for several years, and absolutely love them. This time around, I figured I give the Galaxy a try. I'm just not loving it the way I've loved my OnePlus devices.

I would say choose what you like. I have both the S21 Ultra and OnePlus 9 Pro. Been couple of days with OP9 pro and I think I slightly prefer the S21 Ultra overall. But I have many devices and don't have a strong preference when it comes to Android phones. They all have different advantages/disadvantages and comes down to your preference. Good luck, which OnePlus you plan to go back to?
