Do not disturb DND not turning off

My DND rule is such that it's sets between 11pm and 6am while charging. Well when it passes 6am and it's still plugged in DND remains. In fact as I'm writing this it's still plugged in and still in DND mode even though 6am has long past. Ideas?

To me, it appears that this could be something buggy when using the option of charging and time. Is there any difference if you strictly use the based on schedule option? And as Mustang mentioned, this could be a beta 12 bug.

I also have DND set to the same time parameters, 11 PM to 6AM (regardless of charging status). About once a month the phone will not turn off DND at 6 AM. It doesn't happen to my phone often, but occasionally.
