Do you find the 16 GB storage a deal breaker?

Re: Do you find the 16gbs storage a deal breaker?

But you can't put apps or games on the SD card, and those are the most space intensive things.

actually you can put app and or games on the sd card. not all games or apps can be put on the sd card. I have about half of my game apps and non game apps on my sd card that i have inserted in my phone. Not sure if there's a place to look to see what apps for sure can be put on there. (it seems quite random to me what apps they allow or don't allow on the sd card.)

As long as you can incorporate a SDCard of at least 32 or 64GB, it's not a deal breaker at all. Until recently I was using a phone with 8GB of internal memory, but could support up to a 68GB SDCard.

Re: Do you find the 16gbs storage a deal breaker?

I see that the Sony Xperia Z3v is coming to Verizon on October 23rd with 32GB on board storage and a 20.7 megapixel camera. I really wanted the S5 but didn't want to "downgrade" from my S3 that has 32GB storage. I admit to not being extremely savvy about all the other tech specs. Do any of you experts know if the Z3v has a better/worse processor or screen than the S5? My S3 is on its last leg, so I need to do something soon.

If you gonna have SD for media files, 16GB would be ok for apps only..

16 GB isn't enough for me alone, but with my 32 GB SD card, it is.

Excellent link Resendetra, thank you. It looks like they mixed up the built in internal storage though as they are showing the S5 with 32GB and the Z3v with only 16GB.

For me 16 gb is more than enough, but the sd card slot is a great option IMO :)

I just got the GS5 2 days ago. After basic setup and all my apps, I still have plenty of space. Will still get a 64GB card to futureproof, but I don't use the phone for games.
