Do you have any idea how to fix Nexus 5 battery drainage issue?

My Nexus 5 only have 2300mah battery capacity, and i usually charge it once a day. but after upgrading to Lolipop, the battery drains more seriously. it would drops 30% power after running 30 minutes. Any suggestions? i'd be appreciate it！

There are plenty of ways to improve the battery performance... You could just use the search on top;
But I've read an very interesting post on reddit which I don't really want to try, just for your reference
Swapped my nexus 5 battery for the battery from the LG G2 for a 30% increase in battery size (with pics) : Nexus5

witch update have you got on the nexus 5? the 5.1.0 update should fix this if not have you tried draining the phone leave it for 30 mins turn it back on and wiped the cache? only a thought hope this helps
